JOB PURPOSES:
Legal Senior Specialist shall handle and support the Legal Manager to handle all legal matters in terms of the Company’s operation as well as the clients’ requirements
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Legal Research & Risk Analysis
Research, study and analyze legal sources (laws, treaties, judicial decisions, etc.)
Analyze current and potential legal risks
Assist in legal due diligence
2. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents
Prepare contracts, agreements, and arrangements
Review legal documents before final Legal Manager review
Ensure compliance and accuracy of legal texts
Draft official letters, PoAs, LoAs, decisions
3. Legal Document Control & Compliance
Maintain and update legal literature
Ensure legal documents (e.g. Charter, Internal Labor Rules) are up to date and compliant
Monitor and file legal documents properly
4. Corporate Legal Procedures & Government Liaison
Prepare applications for business establishment, adjustment, dissolution
Liaise with competent authorities
5. Internal Legal Support & Governance
