Legal Specialist (work in Quang Ngai)

• Document Review: Review company documents to identify and mitigate legal risks, ensure legal compliance, and address internal violations. Propose and develop company policies and legal standards.

• Legal Research: Conduct legal research to stay updated on new regulations and ensure compliance with the latest laws.

• Legal Procedure Implementation: Implement legal procedures such as ERC, IRC, BORC, etc.

• Document Translation: Translate legal documents to ensure accurate communication and understanding of legal matters.

• Agreement Negotiation: Participate in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements, internal regulations, applications, POA, and other legal documents.

• Legal Advice: Provide legal advice to the MC, BOD, departments, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies on legal issues, and assist in resolving legal disputes.

• Coordination with Authorities: Collaborate with relevant authorities on legal matters and compliance.

• Legal Proceedings: Represent the company in legal proceedings, including disputes at courts, arbitration, or other venues.

• Report Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal reporting requirements, submitting necessary reports under applicable laws.

• Project Participation: Be part of project teams for new projects, work with external law firms, and perform additional duties as assigned by the Legal Director & General Director.

1. Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Laws or related fields;
• Practicing License;

2. Experiences:

• At least 2 years of experience working in Legal (in-house/ law firm);
• Field of experience: Enterprise Law, Investment Law, Commerce Law, Labor Regulation is prefered.

3. Knowledge:

• Expertise in working with Commercial Laws;
• Deep understand about Business acumen.

4. Skills & Abilities:

• Required technical skills: In-depth understanding of how legal issues affect organizations;
• Excellent judgement and analytical skills;
• Proven legal counseling knowledge and experience in business environment;
• Required soft-skills: Interpersonal and communication;
• Good at anticipating legal issues or risks;
• Ability to perform complex legal/administrative work with accuracy;
• Good command in spoken and written English.
