Provide legal advice and execute legal procedures to ensure that the production and business operations of member companies under the Operational Legal Division comply with applicable laws and internal policies issued by the Group.
Enhance legal awareness, foster a culture of compliance within the Company, and support the operations of departments and divisions.

Proactively propose plans and coordinate with relevant organizations and individuals to carry out assigned tasks.
Represent the company in meetings and work with government authorities and external partners related to assigned responsibilities.
Participate in training programs to enhance professional expertise.
Propose improvements to legal processes and systems to enhance work efficiency.
Actively coordinate with member companies to establish and maintain relationships with competent local government authorities within the assigned scope.
Key Responsibilities
Advise the BOD and departments of member companies on legal matters related to production and business operations (20%).
Coordinate with Group functional departments and support member companies in resolving arising legal issues (15%).
Participate in company projects related to digital transformation, legal process improvement, and risk management (15%).
Forecast and manage risks arising from production and business operations of member companies through legal tools (10%).
Perform corporate governance tasks for Joint Stock Companies and Limited Liability Companies as assigned by the Department Head (20%).
Research and update legal regulations daily; analyze, compare, and propose implementation to relevant departments/divisions (10%).
Build and maintain relationships with relevant local government authorities where the assigned company’s headquarters are located (5%).
Provide other legal support tasks as assigned by the Department Head (5%).
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law. Lawyer practicing certificate is preferred.
3–5 years of legal/compliance experience in FMCG manufacturing and trading companies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with departments and competent government authorities.
Strong negotiation,analytical, synthesis, and advisory skills for supporting internal departments.
