      Job Description

      • Review and provide legal consultation on contracts and legal documents
      • Review and advise on customer legal requirements
      • Plan and conduct CSR assessments for suppliers and subcontractors
      • Support external audits related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
      • Conduct YGCC self-checks and internal audits (YHA / YKK Group audits)
      • Monitor and control social compliance of suppliers and subcontractors
      • Prepare and submit WBS reports to YHA
      • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Section Chief

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s degree in Law
      • At least 2 years of experience in legal consulting, legal matters in a manufacturing company, or contract review
      • Fresh graduates may be considered if Candidate demonstrate strong capability and good performance
      • Good communication, teamwork, and negotiation skills
      • Strong skills in drafting contracts and legal documents
      • Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
