Logistics Coordinator (Night Shift)

Location: Phú Mỹ, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Logistics Coordinator to support our night operations. This role is essential to ensure smooth coordination with truck drivers, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with truck drivers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth loading/unloading and delivery during the night shift

• Monitor and track truck movements, ensuring adherence to schedules

• Handle unexpected issues such as delays, accidents, or route changes

• Provide updates to the logistics team and record all activities in the system

• Communicate basic instructions in English when necessary

Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred due to nature of the night shift and operational duties

• Must be willing to work night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Prior experience working as a Coordinator in trucking or logistics companies is a strong advantage

• Strong, resilient personality, with a proactive and aggressive problem-solving mindset

• Must have personal transportation to commute to work safely during night hours
