Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Executive to oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth freight forwarding processes while handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, manage documentation, and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics & Freight Forwarding Operations:
- Coordinate and monitor freight forwarding activities, including import/export, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Handle operational issues in organizing clients’ shipments.
- Track shipments and update clients on cargo status.
- Support reporting and basic office administration when required. including procurement, inventory management, and coordination with vendors.
