Logistics Executive (Temp 12 months - base in HCM)

- Make intermodal report for entire VietNam weekly.

- Update barge cost for all empty containers move from Caimep terminal to ICds on IAN.

- Monthly track and confirm volume with vendors and Team for barging laden export.

- Creation Barge in ibox and coordinate with related team to arrange barge weekly.

- Confirm barging volume with vendor.

- In charge of Making document to customs for empty export, create empty BL, make letter of export empty for HCM & send TLA.

- Create Feeder request for Empty export.

- Work with import team to move import from VNVUT to ICDs Ho Chi Minh.

- Minimum diploma qualified, preferably in the field of Maritime or Logistic and Supply Chain, fresher is welcome.

- Good command of English (speaking & writing).

- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- General knowledge on logistics/shipping industry.

- Detail-oriented, organized and problem solving skills.
