General Description:

Our internship program offers a challenging hands-on structured experience. You will be working side-by-side with Customs Operation Team to learn the process, terminology, and skills required to be successful in Customs Operation. You will be learning about Customs regulation, Customs declaration, shipment delivery. You also learn to engage stakeholders as well as various skills to enhance your career profile. It is also not unusual for a successful Intern to come on board as a full- time employee upon completion or graduation. All you need is a positive attitude and a can-do spirit.

Specific Accountabilities

Customs Operations

• Checking compliance in terms of customs declaration via VNACCS System.
• Collaborate with customers on daily basis to check and verify the shipping docs for customs clearance
• Declare customs via VNACCS system.
• Follow Customs clearance process with vendor.
• Ensure compliance with country subcontractor management policies and procedures.
• Support operation tasks.
• Other tasks are assigned by higher level.

Job Requirements

• Customs knowledge/expertise and operational skills.
• Good English communication skills is prefered. (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Excel, word computer skills.
• Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
• University graduate major in foreign trade or relevant fields.
• English & Vietnamese communication skills
