JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
Support document verification, filing, and administrative tasks.
Assist with customs procedures and compliance documentation.
Handle and check damaged/short-shipped goods at inhouse, 3PL, Bonded, and US warehouses.
Arrange vessel schedules and booking for warehouse shipments.
Prepare shipping documents (e.g. bills of lading, customs forms) and coordinate documentation for DI/FCA shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory, cost, and shipment records using internal systems.
Schedule truck pickup at vendor's warehouse.
Follow up on delivery schedules with factories and bonded warehouses.
Check SOA and handle payments for bonded warehouse services.
Participate in logistics meetings and training sessions.
Support logistics team in delivery route optimization and cost-saving initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related fields.
Basic understanding of international shipping, import/export processes, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
Familiarity with Incoterms, transportation modes, and international trade terminology is a plus.
Skills
Strong English communication skills, especially in writing.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong numerical ability.
Proactive mindset, eager to learn, and accountable in team settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
Experience
0–1 year of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, distribution, or 3PL environments.
Previous internship or project collaboration with logistics companies, vendors, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
