JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and communication with carriers, suppliers, and customers.

• Support document verification, filing, and administrative tasks.

• Assist with customs procedures and compliance documentation.

• Handle and check damaged/short-shipped goods at inhouse, 3PL, Bonded, and US warehouses.

• Arrange vessel schedules and booking for warehouse shipments.

• Prepare shipping documents (e.g. bills of lading, customs forms) and coordinate documentation for DI/FCA shipments.

• Maintain accurate inventory, cost, and shipment records using internal systems.

• Schedule truck pickup at vendor's warehouse.

• Follow up on delivery schedules with factories and bonded warehouses.

• Check SOA and handle payments for bonded warehouse services.

• Participate in logistics meetings and training sessions.

• Support logistics team in delivery route optimization and cost-saving initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related fields.

• Basic understanding of international shipping, import/export processes, customs procedures, and trade compliance.

• Familiarity with Incoterms, transportation modes, and international trade terminology is a plus.

Skills

• Strong English communication skills, especially in writing.

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong numerical ability.

• Proactive mindset, eager to learn, and accountable in team settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.

Experience

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in logistics, import/export, distribution, or 3PL environments.

• Previous internship or project collaboration with logistics companies, vendors, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
