Job Description

  • Receive and process Sales Orders (SO) from Sales Admin.
  • Generate invoices and relevant documents in the ERP system.
  • Prepare shipping and delivery documents, including invoices and delivery orders.
  • Coordinate with transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Execute and monitor daily delivery schedules.
  • Update delivery schedules to transport vendors.
  • Track shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
  • Handle logistics complaints and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
  • Prepare daily logistics and delivery status reports.
  • Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Other duties as assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 year of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain operations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and adaptable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication skills.
