1 Logistics & Distribution Coordination
- Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules.
- Ensure on-time, accurate distribution of products to customers and partners.
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate major problems to Chief Accountant.
2 Warehouse & Inventory Control
- Supervise warehouse staff in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system/accounting records.
- Maintain proper stock rotation, storage conditions, and safety compliance.
3 Process & Efficiency Improvement
- Identify and recommend improvements to logistics and warehouse processes.
- Support implementation of ERP/WMS systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, delivery timeliness, and logistics cost.
4 Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of import/export documentation for audit and inspection purposes.
- Ensure all logistics and warehouse processes align with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements.
- Monitor product handling, transportation, and storage to maintain compliance with GDP and regulatory standards.
- Support audits and provide GDP-related documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
5 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams to align supply chain needs.
- Support logistics readiness for product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Provide updates and reports to the Chief Accountant.
