We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Position Summary
This role is responsible for managing international logistics activities while leading quality control processes across incoming materials, production, and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate import and export shipments, including customs documentation and compliance requirements.
2. Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Monitor shipment schedules, inventory movements, and logistics performance.
4. Maintain accurate shipping and customs records within the ERP system.
5. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
6. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
7. Develop and maintain quality inspection procedures, standards, and documentation.
8. Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns and improve overall product quality.
10. Support implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
Requirements
1. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
2. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
3. Experience with ERP systems.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
5. Experience in import/export operations and customs procedures.
6. Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
7. Degree in Logistics, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
8. Knowledge of quality systems. (Preferred)
