Job Purpose
- Drive business growth aligned with company strategy and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and acquire new customers to expand revenue.
- Manage business information, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead and support a sales team of 2–4 members.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development (40%)
- Identify and engage new prospects across ITL services (freight forwarding, contract logistics, etc.) to drive revenue.
- Plan, supervise, and follow up on sales team activities to meet departmental goals.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate reporting in CRM and monthly reports.
Customer Relationship Management (15%)
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requirements effectively.
- Ensure zero bad debt.
Operational Excellence (15%)
- Develop strong partnerships with vendors/suppliers to optimize pricing and service quality.
- Establish and improve SOPs and sales processes to prevent issues and support operations.
- Conduct market research and support strategy implementation.
- Submit accurate and timely reports as required.
People Management (10%)
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Participate in at least 90% of company training programs and activities.
