Finding potential clients, Customer qualification and processing new sales leads
Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
Monitoring customer accounts
Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
Keeping track of sales targets
Consistently provide support to the operations, Customer service and sales team for freehands cargo
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and build relationships with ships and professional image with clients, carriers & support other departments
Perform arising tasks assigned by direct management and the Board of Directors.

Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding
Business acument and have understanding about local market pricing condition
Negotiation skills
Problem solving skills
Graduated from Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business or other related discipline.
Good sense of customer service and team work.
Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
The working time: From Mondays to Fridays, from 08h000 to 17h30
