Job Description

Supervise 3PL for all activities in warehouse form Inbound, Outbound
Monitoring KPI, productivity of the warehouse
Cross check warehouse shipment plan,coordinate with stores to ensure orders will ship per promise date and requesting stores to do goods receipt in system to clear stock in transit
Monitor and coordinate to handle arising problems, if any, in the operation between stores, suppliers and CJ warehouses.
Allocation new item,equiqment,store use requests based on warehouse shipment schedule and re-check the progress
Participating in cross-checking, monthly and quarterly warehouse inventory with CJ warehouse
Place orders and monitor the delivery schedule of suppliers according to the plan
Report and coordinate information with relevant departments on delivery progress from suppliers
Track the order and allocation of new product codes according to the prescribed process and time
Manage documents and records Reports according to work requirements and direct management
