Logistics Staff

1. Manage Inbound, Outbound & Inventory Data

• Monitor and update inbound, outbound and inventory data.
• Reconcile actual inventory with system records.
• Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies.

2. Monitor & Reconcile ERP/WMS Data

• Check and reconcile inventory data between ERP and WMS systems.
• Track discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

3. Prepare Periodic Inventory Reports

• Consolidate inventory status and report issues to the Warehouse Manager.

4. Calculate & Plan Container Requirements

• Calculate the number of containers required based on product quantity and volume.
• Allocate products appropriately to each container to optimize loading capacity.

5. Conduct Loading Simulations

• Conduct loading simulations before container loading.
• Check container capacity, pallet quantities and CBM.
• Propose loading arrangements to optimize container utilization.

6. Manage & Coordinate Forklift Operations

• Coordinate forklift drivers according to inbound and outbound schedules.
• Ensure forklifts and operators are properly assigned for loading and unloading.
• Monitor operational progress and handle issues arising during warehouse operations.

7. Perform Other Assigned Tasks

·         Education: University Degree (Major in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields)

·         Gender: Male

·         Skills: Proficient in English (Korean proficiency is preferred) / Proficient in MS Office

·         Preferred Qualifications: 1 – 3 years of experience in logistics (warehouse management, inbound/outbound operations, WMS operation) and available to work overtime.

Working time and location

·         Time: Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month.

·         Location: Vo Van Tan Street, Nhon Trach Industrial Zone 6, Phuoc An commune, Dong Nai province (Shuttle bus provided from HCMC)
