Logistics Supervisor (Phước Tân)

JOB IN SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Supervisor to manage end-to-end international outbound supply chain operations. In this role, you will handle the execution of global export shipments, ensure strict customs and trade compliance, optimize logistics costs, and manage relationships with major global carriers.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in handling complex international accounts, managing strict delivery timelines, and navigating global trade regulations.

1. Export Execution & Shipment Management

• Manage end-to-end export operations from booking request to final delivery at destination, ensuring 100% on-time delivery for high-profile international accounts.
• Coordinate directly with shipping lines, airlines, and third-party logistics (3PL) agents to secure shipping space.
• Plan shipping schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize local and destination charges.
• Proactively monitor shipments, identify potential supply chain bottlenecks, and execute swift contingency plans to minimize transit delays.

2. Customs & Compliance Documentation

• Prepare, review, and finalize all vital export shipping documentation (including Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and specialized international trade certificates).
• Oversee export customs declaration processes, ensuring accurate declaration codes, HS classification, and absolute compliance with both local export regulations and destination country import laws.
• Maintain meticulous records of all shipping and compliance documents to support audits and internal tracking.

3. Account Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary logistics point of contact for key international accounts and global corporate entities, providing transparent, real-time shipment visibility.
• Partner closely with internal teams (Planning, Warehousing, and Finance) to align production schedules with shipping windows and documentation timelines.
• Manage, evaluate, and hold regular performance reviews with Logistics Agents and carriers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Experience & Education

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
• Experience in international export logistics is the advantage, preferably handling operations for global manufacturing brands, automotive supply chains, or high-volume international accounts.
• Deep understanding of international trade terms, maritime laws, and global shipping procedures.
• Strong proficiency with enterprise software, specifically SAP/ERP logistics modules, and advanced MS Excel.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for managing global stakeholders and international documentation.
