Logistics Supervisor

- Customs declaration through software;

- Prepare import and export customs documents of all kinds of export/import goods at the request of customers.

- Prepare relevant documents to apply for permits of all kinds at the request of customers;

- Resolve and support the problems of customers and the company about customs procedures.

- Comminication with agents and importers abroad to discuss prices, customs procedures, necessary documents for foreign parties to carry out import procedures and deliver goods to goods owners.

- Complete the application, check all export documents and send email to the agent/importing company and notify the delivery agent to the buyer.

- Other tasks required by management.

· Lên kế hoạch xuất hàng và giám sát chặt chẽ quá trình xuất hàng đảm bảo xuất đúng, đủ theo như yêu cầu khách hàng.

· Lập kế hoạch/ báo cáo xuất hàng theo tuần/ tháng/ quý.

· Giải quyết những sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình xuất/ nhập hàng.

· Phối hợp với nhóm kho hàng thành phẩm lên kế hoạch xuất hàng theo yêu cầu, nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng.

· Chuẩn bị các thiết bị, vật tư cùng với nhân sự cần thiết cho mỗi đơn hàng, nhằm đảm bảo rằng quy trình xuất hàng được xuất theo đúng cam kết.

· Cân nhắc xem khối lượng công việc tồn đọng, lập kế hoạch tăng ca, xuất hàng cho phù hợp.

· Làm việc chặt chẽ với khách hàng về tiến độ xuất hàng.

· Một số công việc khác do quản lý trực tiếp yêu cầu.

· Thời gian làm việc từ thứ 2- thứ 6: 7h30- 16h00. Thứ 7 nghỉ luân phiên.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from a relevant University;

• Understanding Customs procedures, documents on customs procedures and import and export;

• Ability to solve work quickly and effectively;

• Experienced in logistics, import and export, FBA service, Project cargo, warehousing is a plus

• Ability to communicate English at work;

• Carefully and hard woking;

• Ability to lead and manage teams

• Khả năng giải quyết công việc nhanh chóng, hiệu quả;

• Có kinh nghiệm làm về logistic, inventory, xuất nhập hàng;

• Khả năng giao tiếp, giao dịch e-mail bằng Tiếng Anh trong công việc;

• Cẩn thận, kỹ lưỡng trong công việc;

• Khả năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm;

• Nguyện vọng gắn bó, làm việc lâu dài.
