Logistics Supervisor

Logistics & Import/Export

• Manage import/export operations including shipments, customs clearance, and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam customs regulations, EPE regulations, and international trade requirements.
• Oversee export documentation (C/O, CI/PL, Phyto, Customs Declaration, FSC, EPE settlement reports).
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor shipping schedules, logistics costs, and resolve shipment or customs issues.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, including OEM partners.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material supply and payment processing.

Material Planning & Reporting

• Plan and monitor material purchasing schedules and delivery timelines.
• Resolve delivery or quality issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare periodic reports and support process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or procurement.
• Experience in EPE companies or export manufacturing is preferred.

• Understanding of Vietnam customs regulations and EPE settlement reporting.
• Basic knowledge in ISO, GMP, HACCP
• Good negotiation, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good English communication (written and spoken).
