[Long An] Purchasing Executive – Materials

• Develop and consolidate procurement plans based on production demand.

• Source suppliers and obtain quotations for technical equipment, tools, and materials.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve optimal cost-performance ratio.

• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely and complete fulfillment.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and QA teams to ensure purchased items meet required specifications and standards.

• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.

• Prepare procurement documentation and coordinate with Accounting for timely payment processing.

• Maintain procurement database and ensure proper documentation filing in compliance with company policies.

• Handle procurement-related issues and propose improvement solutions.

• Prepare periodic procurement and cost reports as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing technical materials, equipment, or MRO within manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Experience working with suppliers in machinery, production materials, or construction-related items is preferred.

• Ability to read and respond to English emails and communicate with suppliers.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
