      Job Description

      1. Khảo sát bản vẽ mới và liên lạc kĩ thuật/ Survey new drawings and technical communication
      2. Chuẩn bị công cụ dụng cụ và thiết bị kiểm tra chất lượng cho model mới/ Prepare tools and equipment for quality inspection for new models
      3. Lập bảng quy trình công nghệ của sản phẩm mới/ Create a process flow chart for new products
      4. Lập chương trình gia công model mới/ Create a new model machining program
      5. Lập bản tiêu chuẩn kiểm tra chất lượng nội bộ MC(SOP Tiêu chuẩn CNC,Tiêu chuẩn bắn cát,tiêu chuẩn laser,tiêu chuẩn lấy bavia)/ Create an internal MC quality inspection standard (SOP CNC standards, Sandblasting standards, Laser standards, Deburring standards)
      6. Lập kế hoạch bảo trì bảo dưỡng thiết bị máy móc và độ chính xác của máy/ Create a maintenance plan for machinery and equipment and machine precision
      7. Quản lý hiệu suất thiết bị và độ chính xác của máy gia công/ Manage equipment performance and machining precision
      8. Giám sát, đánh giá sự ổn định chất lượng khi thử nghiệm sản phẩm mới/ Monitor and evaluate quality stability when testing new products
      9. Cải tiến nâng cao chất lượng và tối ưu thời gian xử lý của quy trình/ Improve quality and optimize process processing time
      10. Tổng hợp các vấn đề về sản phẩm mới và đề xuất giải pháp, tạo tài liệu hướng dẫn/ Synthesize new product issues and propose solutions, create a guide to disseminate to everyone in the MC department
      11. Quản lý tồn kho công cụ dụng cụ và đặt mua mới/ Manage new tooling and purchasing
      12. Đào tạo nhân viên kĩ thuật mới/ Training new technical staff

      Job Requirement

      1. Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng,đại học chuyên ngành cơ khí/Graduated from college or university majoring in mechanical engineering
      2. Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đượng hoặc làm bộ phận nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm mới/ At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or in the research and development of new products
      3. Đọc hiểu thành thạo bản vẽ kĩ thuật/ Read and understand technical drawings fluently
      4. Sử dụng được một số thiết bị đo cơ khí Micrometer, Height gauge,3D CMM../ Can use some mechanical measuring devices Micrometer, Height gauge, 3D CMM
      5. Thành thạo tin học văn phòng/ Proficient in office software
      6. Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm gia công và vẽ 3D( EspritCam & Solidwork, Cad)/ Proficient in 3D drawing and processing software (EspritCam & Solidwork, Cad)
