Magnetic Engineer

Position Summary

• Supports R&D development new products such as build sample, setup production process and analysis actual building process, plan to order equipment, review BOM & DWG…
• Supports production team such as update STD, release specifications on production, resolve issue, improvement...
• Follow up with improvement projects or other task as assignment from Engineering Senior/Supervisor.
• Train production personnel on new product and processes.
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Product& Process design development with optimize production process
• Cooperate with related department to solve production issues

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have good training skill.
• Hard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.

• University or equivalent degree or above, automated or electronic professional.
• Can use SAP system
• Spoken English is fluent, smooth writing.
• Electronics factory relevant work experience, the power plant experience is preferred.
• Familiar with mechanical design, maintenance, etc..
• Positive attitude, a good concept of cost.
• Problem-solving skill / Teamwork skill.
• Use proficient Autocad 2D, Microsoft office.
• Can read and understand technical document / technical drawing.
• Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering…..
•  At least 1-2 years of experience in process engineering in the magnetic factory ( produce transformer and inductor).
