Maintanance Engineer

1.    Thực hiện bảo trì thiết bị | Equipment Maintenance

·       Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ theo kế hoạch PM.`

Perform preventive maintenance according to approved PM schedules.

·       Thực hiện sửa chữa, khắc phục sự cố máy móc và thiết bị sản xuất.

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment failures.

·       Theo dõi tình trạng thiết bị và đề xuất các hoạt động cải tiến.

Monitor equipment conditions and recommend improvement actions.

·       Hỗ trợ bảo trì các hệ thống phụ trợ như điện, khí nén, HVAC, nước RO, máy nén khí và các hệ thống liên quan.

Support maintenance activities for utility systems such as electrical systems, compressed air, HVAC, RO water systems, air compressors, and related facilities.

2.    Phân tích và cải tiến | Analysis and Improvement

·       Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các sự cố thiết bị.

Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures.

·       Thực hiện các hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa để tránh tái diễn sự cố.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurring issues.

·       Đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp nâng cao độ tin cậy và hiệu suất thiết bị.

Recommend and implement solutions to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

·       Tham gia các dự án cải tiến máy móc và tự động hóa.

Participate in equipment upgrade and automation improvement projects.

3.    Quản lý tài liệu kỹ thuật | Technical Documentation

·       Cập nhật hồ sơ bảo trì, lịch sử sửa chữa và báo cáo kỹ thuật.

Maintain maintenance records, repair history, and technical reports.

·       Xây dựng và cập nhật SOP, WI, PM Checklist liên quan đến bảo trì.

Develop and update maintenance SOPs, Work Instructions, and PM Checklists.

4.    Quản lý phụ tùng | Spare Parts Management

·       Theo dõi tình trạng sử dụng phụ tùng thay thế.

Monitor spare parts usage and availability.

·       Đề xuất mua sắm vật tư và phụ tùng cần thiết.

Recommend procurement of spare parts and maintenance materials.

·       Hỗ trợ kiểm soát tồn kho phụ tùng bảo trì.

Support maintenance spare parts inventory control.

5.    Hỗ trợ sản xuất | Production Support

·       Phối hợp với bộ phận Production để giảm downtime và nâng cao năng suất.

Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

·       Hỗ trợ giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất.

Provide technical support for manufacturing operations.

6.    An toàn và tuân thủ | Safety and Compliance

·       Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, môi trường và EHS.

Comply with company safety, environmental, and EHS requirements.

·       Đảm bảo các công việc bảo trì được thực hiện theo quy trình và tiêu chuẩn công ty.

Ensure maintenance activities are performed according to company procedures and standards.

7.    Công việc khác | Other Duties

·       Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Maintenance Supervisor hoặc Engineering Manager.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Manager

a.           Trình độ học vấn tương đương

Equivalent Education Level Required

Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (ưu tiên Cơ khí, Điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc các ngành liên quan).

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or related fields)

b.           Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

Experience Required

·      Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo trì thiết bị sản xuất.

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.

·      Có kinh nghiệm PM (bảo trì phòng ngừa), PdM (bảo trì dự đoán) và xử lý sự cố máy móc.

Experience in PM (Preventive Maintenance), PdM (Predictive Maintenance), and equipment troubleshooting.

·      Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với PLC, Servo, VFD và hệ thống tự động hóa là một lợi thế.

Experience with PLCs, Servo systems, VFDs, and automation systems is preferred.

·      Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, tài liệu thiết bị và báo cáo kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh.

Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical reports in English.

c.     Kiến thức chuyên môn | Knowledge Required

·       Hiểu biết về cơ khí, điện công nghiệp, khí nén, thủy lực và tự động hóa.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.

·       Có kiến thức về TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, FMEA.

Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and FMEA.

·       Có khả năng vẽ/ đọc hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật và tài liệu tiếng Anh.

Ability to draw/read technical drawings and English technical documentation.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
