Job Description

  • Closely coordinate and provide administrative support disseminating information, developing filing systems, preparing and editing daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance reports, payment forecasting, payment tracking, and other documents, capturing notes on meetings, and providing guidance to others for the purpose of assisting the Director in Plant Engineering Department.
  • Closely coordinate with maintenance managers and supervisors to maintain continual & efficient operations of all Wanek factory’s equipment and grounds by good preventive, predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Knowledgeable in government policies and regulations and work closely with finance and legal departments for preparation of contract documents and payment requisitions from contractors or vendors.

Job Requirement

1.  Education:

-      University graduate in engineering of electrical or mechanical required

-      English communication ( speaking and writing is a must )

-      Female preferable

2. Experience:

-      3 years of experience in maintenance planning for foreign owned organization required.

-      Basic operations of maintenance and facilities department.

-      Good understanding of Autocad software in factory and equipment layouts.

-      Planning and forecasting for maintenance and facilities related projects.
