Job Description

Managing the maintenance department to ensure effective operation and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and following best practices.
Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
Monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
Assist in managing preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend machinery life.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, enforcing proper safety protocols for maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop strategies for improving uptime.
Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring necessary parts are available for quick repairs.
Assist in the budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations, aiming for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, documentation, and records for compliance and audit purposes.
Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
Provide guidance on technical issues and support in decision-making for equipment upgrades or replacements.

Male; Under 45 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years) in maintenance management or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems.
Good at English.
