Job Description

Program and configure PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.) to develop automated production systems.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on electrical and electronic machinery and equipment.
Research and propose equipment improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Analyze machinery issues and develop effective corrective and preventive solutions.
Provide technical consultation and recommendations to support management decisions.
Demonstrate creative thinking, and work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
Maintain a strong sense of responsibility, perseverance, and ability to work under pressure.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or automation, preferably in electronic manufacturing environments.
Proficient in PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.) and knowledgeable in electrical/electronic system troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze root causes, and propose improvement solutions.
Responsible, proactive, capable of working independently or in teams, and able to handle pressure well.
