Job Description

Perform maintenance and repair for production machines, including Smart Line and Drum Line systems.
Lead and execute improvement projects to enhance machine productivity, reduce downtime, and shorten repair time.
Research, develop, and program PLC systems for all production equipment.
Implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.
Participate in new equipment installation and project implementation.
Maintain and repair electrical systems, lighting, and factory vehicles (e.g., forklifts).
Report machine defects, abnormal conditions, and potential safety risks promptly.
Ensure safety compliance during all maintenance and repair activities.
Implement and maintain 6S standards in the working area.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Control Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in factory maintenance, automation, or PLC programming.
Skills:

Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens or Mitsubishi).
Good understanding of electrical control systems, sensors, and industrial automation.
Strong troubleshooting and improvement mindset.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
