Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance General Manager to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and IT systems across the factory.

This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring stable, safe, and cost-effective operations of equipment and utilities, and driving continuous improvement in productivity, energy efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Overall Management of Maintenance Section
  • Manage Mechanical, Electrical, and IT systems (including control programs, network infrastructure, and security systems) across the factory.
  • Establish and implement maintenance standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
  • Oversee asset management including machinery, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Ensure stable operation of electrical systems, compressed air, steam, water, and related infrastructure.
  1. Planning and Execution
  • Develop and execute annual and monthly maintenance plans.
  • Promote improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Plan and control maintenance budget and procurement activities.
  • Lead energy-saving initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
  1. Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance performance, budget, downtime, and improvement results.
  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for unexpected breakdowns.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits related to maintenance systems.
  1. Collaboration and Supervision
  • Manage and supervise maintenance team and external contractors.
  • Ensure contractor performance meets company standards.
  • Cooperate with Production, IE, QA, EHS, and other departments to support smooth operations.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

Technical Competencies

  • Energy Management and cost optimization.
  • CAD/Drawing system management for mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Implementation of Kaizen tools such as 5S, TPM, TPS.
  • IT system management including control programs, network infrastructure, and security systems.
  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental protection.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years in maintenance management in manufacturing.
  • At least 3–5 years in senior leadership role.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team development capability.
  • Strategic planning and analytical problem-solving.
  • Good English communication skills.
