Function/Department description:

The Operations Department is accountable for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality production in alignment with the company’s business objectives. Working in close collaboration with supporting functions (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure stable day-to-day operations while driving continuous performance improvements.

• Building a culture of performance, ownership, and continuous improvement across all production teams.

• Leading the adoption of operational excellence (OpEx) initiatives, including Lean, TPM, and digital performance management systems.

• Promoting an effective, safe, and energy-efficient production environment

• Enabling organizational agility and capability building to meet current and future manufacturing demands

Purpose of the position:

The Maintenance Lead is the Progressive Maintenance systems owner for their line(s). They are responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses, through root causing and embedding countermeasures in standards. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for building capability in Operating Teams to deliver overall line results supporting the CBN.

Main Responsibilities

1. Technical Capability Building

· The Maintenance Lead is jointly responsible for motivating, guiding and supporting the training and qualification of operators and equipment owners in technical skills e.g. Equipment Ownership Roadmap

· Supporting the operations teams at fixing major breakdown that happen during day shifts

· They will work with the E&T Pillar Lead, AM Pillar Lead and the Line Centric Organisation to achieve the technical skills and qualifications needed for the site

2. CIL DMS Responsibilities

· Define and maintain the content of CIL tasks.

· Train and qualify CIL executors.

· Support the CIL DMS owner (typically the Line Lead) in scheduling and ensuring disciplined execution.

3. Maintenance work

· The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling DMS (Daily Management Systems) for the lines

· Review and prioritize any reported incidents/stops of the last 24 hours. Plan the maintenance and repair work for the next 24 hours and complete during scheduled downtime

· Provide updates during DDS (Daily Direction Setting) on any PM’s (Preventative Maintenance) being conducted in the next 24 hours

· Update, classify, and process all overdue work orders according to urgency and priority, in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner where applicable.

· Prepare and lead the scheduling of maintenance work for the next week during the weekly maintenance meeting, in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner where applicable.

· Prepare schedules for monthly maintenance work based on the annual maintenance plan and items identified during the monthly meeting.

· Update technical documentation

· Develop and update of the annual maintenance plan.

· Execute preventive maintenance and repair tasks based on the site organization, and request support from the maintenance organization when needed.

4. Breakdown Elimination & Development of improvement plan

· Responsible for the elimination of breakdowns as part of the BDE DMS

· Actively participate in the preparation of the 90-day-loss elimination plan with technical expertise

· Set targets and develop action plans to reduce planned and unplanned downtime.

5. Defect Handling DMS

· Responsible for Defects to be found & fixed as part of the Defect Handling DMS

· Ensuring the health of the system and delivery of required results (in-process & output measures of DH DMS)

6. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance

· Participate in the planning, organisation, execution and control of actions to improve work safety and hygiene with the occupational health, safety and the hygiene specialist of the plant.

· Participation in the execution and implementation of actions for preparation for certifications such as IFS, ISO, and other standards.

· Observe all regulations, collective and company agreements

Đồng thời, phát triển năng lực cho đội ngũ vận hành nhằm đạt được kết quả chung của dây chuyền, góp phần thực hiện CBN.

Mục đích vị trí:

Trưởng nhóm thiết bị phụ trách hệ thống Bảo trì Tiến bộ (Progressive Maintenance) trên dây chuyền, tập trung loại bỏ các tổn thất liên quan đến bảo trì và sự cố thông qua phân tích nguyên nhân gốc và chuẩn hóa các biện pháp khắc phục. Đồng thời, phát triển năng lực cho đội ngũ vận hành nhằm đạt được kết quả chung của dây chuyền, góp phần thực hiện CBN.

Trách nhiệm chính

1. Phát triển năng lực kỹ thuật

Trưởng nhóm thiết bị phối hợp thúc đẩy, định hướng và hỗ trợ việc đào tạo và đánh giá năng lực cho công nhân vận hành và Chủ thiết bị về các kỹ năng kỹ thuật (ví dụ: lộ trình phát triển Chủ thiết bị).

Hỗ trợ đội ngũ vận hành xử lý các sự cố lớn xảy ra trong ca ngày.

Phối hợp với Trưởng trụ cột E&T, Trưởng trụ cột AM và tổ chức theo dây chuyền để phát triển các kỹ năng và năng lực kỹ thuật cần thiết cho nhà máy.

2. Trách nhiệm hệ thống làm sạch, kiểm tra và bôi trơn (CIL)

Xây dựng, duy trì và cập nhật nội dung các nhiệm vụ CIL.

Đào tạo và đánh giá/xác nhận năng lực cho người thực hiện CIL.

Hỗ trợ Chủ DMS CIL (thường là Trưởng nhóm dây chuyền) trong việc lập kế hoạch và đảm bảo kỷ luật trong quá trình thực hiện.

3. Công việc bảo trì

Trưởng nhóm thiết bị chịu trách nhiệm hệ thống quản lý hàng ngày cho hoạt động lập kế hoạch và điều phối bảo trì trên các dây chuyền.

Rà soát và ưu tiên các sự cố/dừng máy trong 24 giờ qua. Lập kế hoạch công việc bảo trì và sửa chữa cho 24 giờ tới và thực hiện trong thời gian dừng máy đã được lên kế hoạch.

Cập nhật trong DDS (Daily Direction Setting) về các hoạt động bảo trì phòng ngừa (PM) được lên kế hoạch trong 24 giờ tới.

Cập nhật, phân loại và xử lý tất cả các lệnh công việc quá hạn theo mức độ khẩn cấp và ưu tiên, phối hợp với Người lập kế hoạch bảo trì khi cần thiết.

Chuẩn bị và dẫn dắt việc lập kế hoạch lịch bảo trì cho tuần tiếp theo trong cuộc họp bảo trì hàng tuần, phối hợp với Người lập kế hoạch bảo trì khi cần thiết.

Lập kế hoạch lịch bảo trì hàng tháng dựa trên kế hoạch bảo trì năm và các hạng mục đã được xác định trong cuộc họp hàng tháng.

Cập nhật và duy trì các tài liệu kỹ thuật.

Xây dựng và cập nhật kế hoạch bảo trì hàng năm nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành.

Thực hiện các công việc bảo trì phòng ngừa và sửa chữa theo cơ cấu tổ chức của nhà máy, đồng thời phối hợp và yêu cầu hỗ trợ từ bộ phận bảo trì khi cần thiết.

4. Loại bỏ sự cố và xây dựng kế hoạch cải tiến

Thực hiện loại bỏ các sự cố theo hệ thống quản lý hàng ngày BDE (Breakdown Elimination).

Chủ động đóng góp chuyên môn kỹ thuật nhằm xây dựng kế hoạch loại bỏ tổn thất trong 90 ngày.

Thiết lập mục tiêu, xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch hành động nhằm giảm thời gian dừng máy có kế hoạch và không có kế hoạch.

5. Hệ thống quản lý hàng ngày về xử lý lỗi (DH)

Chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo các lỗi được phát hiện và xử lý phù hợp với quy định của DMS xử lý lỗi (Defect Handling).

Đảm bảo hệ thống vận hành hiệu quả và đạt được các kết quả yêu cầu (các chỉ số in-process và output của DMS DH).

6. An toàn, vệ sinh và tuân thủ tại nơi làm việc:

Tham gia lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, triển khai và kiểm soát các hành động nhằm cải thiện an toàn và vệ sinh tại nơi làm việc, phối hợp với chuyên gia an toàn, sức khỏe nghề nghiệp và vệ sinh của nhà máy.

Tham gia triển khai các hành động chuẩn bị cho các đánh giá chứng nhận như IFS, ISO và các tiêu chuẩn khác.

Tuân thủ đầy đủ các quy định, thỏa ước lao động tập thể và thỏa ước của công ty.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising and executing maintenance activities
