Maintenance Manager (Team Leader)

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Lead and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation teams.
• Ensure plant equipment availability meets production targets.
• Oversee troubleshooting and root cause analysis of major breakdowns.
• Plan and manage shutdown maintenance activities.
• Control maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO procedures, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and external contractors.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, cost analysis).

1.        Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

2.        Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in steel manufacturing or heavy industry is preferred
• Experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Automation teams.
• Experience in shutdown planning and major overhaul projects.

3.        Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems in industrial environments.
• Understanding of reliability engineering principles (MTBF, MTTR, RCA).
• Knowledge of maintenance KPIs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and industrial regulations.
• Basic understanding of PLC/DCS systems and industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO) and industrial maintenance standards.
