JOB SUMMARY
Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities in order to minimize equipment downtime, optimize resources, and support continuous operations.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Develop, update, and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
· Prepare work orders, checklists, and technical documents for the maintenance team.
· Monitor equipment conditions and propose timely repair or replacement.
· Coordinate with Production to arrange suitable maintenance schedules, minimizing disruption.
· Liaise with external service providers when outsourcing is required.
· Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance work.
· Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS/Excel system regularly.
· Analyze breakdown data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
· Support budget preparation and track maintenance costs.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, company rules, and legal requirements.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and TPM.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· College/University degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
· At least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in planning or a similar role.
· Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or other planning tools.
· Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
· Good organizational and communication skills.
· Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and safety-conscious.
