Maintenance Planning & Technical System Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Planning & Technical System Senior Supervisor/ Lead to drive maintenance planning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement. This role ensures the plant’s equipment runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. 

1. Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
• Develop short- and long-term maintenance plans.
• Validate work requests, define job scope, and prepare work packages.
• Coordinate downtime windows with Production.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog.    

2. CMMS / SAP PM Management

• Manage work orders, PM schedules, and cost tracking.
• Build Standard Job Plans.
• Maintain technical drawings and SOPs.

3. Maintenance Performance & Reporting

• Develop KPI dashboards: PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, cost vs. budget.
• Analyze data and propose corrective actions.

4. Engineering Systemization & TPM

• Standard maintenance SOPs.
• Coordinate TPM (AM, PM, Kaizen).
• Manage competency matrix and training plans.

5. Compliance & Audit

• Support FSSC22000, Halal, Kosher, SMETA/SHE audits.
• Conduct JSA/FMEA assessments.
• Maintain audit evidence and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and failure analysis.
• Experience with SAP PM or CMMS.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
