Maintenance Supervisor (Giám sát Kỹ thuật Bảo trì)

-          Lập kế hoạch và giám sát bảo trì định kỳ, SOP, danh mục yêu cầu an toàn thiết yếu và hướng dẫn công việc; bảo trì phòng ngừa và sửa chữa máy móc./ Plan and supervise preventive, SOP’s safety essential list, work instructions; periodic and corrective maintenance activities.

-          Quản lý hệ thống Utility: điện, khí nén, PCCC, cấp nước và xử lý nước thải../ Manage utility systems: electrical, compressed air, fire protection, water and wastewater treatment.

-          Phân tích sự cố, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến../ Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes and propose improvement solutions.

-          Quản lý nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và các hoạt động sửa chữa/lắp đặt./ Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance/installation activities.

-          Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển năng lực cho nhân viên bảo trì./ Train, guide and develop maintenance team members.

-          Giám sát và điều phối các hoạt động vận hành kỹ thuật hàng ngày/ Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations.

-          Lập danh mục phụ tùng thay thế trọng yếu, duy trì tồn kho, hồ sơ/ lý lịch thiết bị, báo cáo MIS về tiêu thụ và quản lý tài sản./ Generate critical spares parts list, maintain inventory, consumption MIS and Asset management.

-          Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động và kỹ thuật./ Ensure compliance with occupational safety and technical regulations.

-          Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật./ Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues.

-          Báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp quản lý về tình hình hoạt động kỹ thuật./ Provide regular reports to management on technical operations.

-          Hỗ trợ đánh giá nội bộ và bên ngoài để đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn quy định và của công ty/Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

-          Bảo trì và hiệu chuẩn thiết bị kiểm tra/ Maintaining and calibrating testing equipment

-          Thực hiện đi bộ GEMBA hàng ngày/ Conduct daily GEMBA walk

-          Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ và chức năng khác từ Quản lý/ Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by Manager

-          Trình độ học vấn: Đại học/cao đẳng chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (cơ khí, điện , v.v.). /Education: Graduated from University/College in engineering (mechanical, electrical, etc.). , or related majors

-          Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 1 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật, ưu tiên vị trí giám sát trong các công ty sản xuất./ Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in technical field, preferably in a supervisory role in manufacturing company.

-          Có kiến thức về điện, PLC, thủy lực, khí nén, máy nén khí, nồi hơi và thiết kế hệ thống điện../ Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, air compressors, boilers and electrical system design.

-          Có kiến thức về cơ khí, đọc bản vẽ và sử dụng AutoCAD./ Knowledge of mechanical systems, mechanical drawing and AutoCAD.

-          Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện kiểm tra quy trình/ Planning and conducting process audits.

-          Chi tiết & Cẩn thận/ Detail & Carefulness

-          Khả năng làm việc độc lập, theo hướng dẫn quy định, hoặc làm việc nhóm./ Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.

-          Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt./ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-          Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng và phần mềm kỹ thuật liên quan./ Proficient in office software and relevant technical applications.

-          Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và xử lý tình huống linh hoạt./ Ability to work under pressure and handle situations flexibly

-          Có Tiếng Anh là 1 lợi thế. / Good command of English is an advantage.
