Develop maintenance and repair plans and monitor their implementation for machinery.
Monitor and execute improvement projects aimed at increasing machine productivity, reducing repair time, and minimizing downtime.
Conduct research and perform PLC programming for all machines.
Implement cost reduction projects.
Execute new projects, including system setup, programming, and training staff to operate new machines.
Manage and monitor maintenance and repair activities for production lines, including the Drum line, Smart line, and Sub line.
Manage and monitor the maintenance and repair of forklift trucks, factory lighting systems, and electrical systems.
Prepare reports and promptly report defective products, machine issues, and potential safety risks.
Implement safety measures during machine repair and maintenance activities.
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.
Implement and maintain 6S standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
Hands-on experience in PLC programming, electrical systems, and machine performance optimization.
Experience implementing improvement and cost reduction projects to minimize downtime and increase efficiency.
Good English communication skills for reading technical documents and working with overseas suppliers.
