Maintenance supervisor

Main Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for machinery and electrical, water, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting: Directly guide or participate in quick repairs of technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Team Management: Assign shifts, provide skills training for technicians, and monitor employee work attitudes.
• Materials Management: Control the spare parts inventory and plan the procurement of necessary components.
• Safety & Standards: Ensure all repair activities comply with occupational safety regulations (EHS) and quality standards (ISO).

Education

Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Automation, or related engineering fields.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 1-2 years in a team management or supervisory position (Team Leader/Supervisor).
• Experience working with machinery systems and facility maintenance.
• Local citizen.
• Age 30 or above.

Working Time:

• Mondays - Fridays: 7H45-17H30
