• Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production. 

• Plan a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production. 

• Program PLC if requested by management 

• Manage inventory, plan spare part materials 

• Support training team members in electrical expertise. 

• Maintain facilities in first-class condition through housekeeping, 5S. 

• Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs. 

• Make proposals to improve the machines' performance. 

• To supervise maintenance operators & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge. 

• Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. 

• Prepare work reports and send to direct manager monthly 

• Other assignments if required by Maintenance Manager, Factory Manager.

• Education: Graduated from College/University in Electrical Engineering/ Industrial Electric/Automatic or related fields. 
• Experience: At least 2 years in a technical field, maintenance, repairing, PLC…preferably in FMCG.
