Maintenance Technician

Control all maintenance activities for Hiep Phuoc factory on electricity power supply and Automation system of all machines of the paint production process such as filling line system, robotic and transfer line conveyor system. More details as below:

- Plan to complete all PM (Preventive Maintenance) tasks within the scope of work

- Assign PM task/work order to Helper and control work quality

- Control and complete all maintenance activities on the IFS system (The software for the Maintenance Management system)

- Ensure that all key spare parts as the scope of work available and within Max/Min

- Control and fix all issues that happened on machines related to the scope of work

- Lead for calibration on all equipment at Hiep Phuoc factory.

*** This position could be based in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone permanently as per job requirements:

- Qualified with a Bachelor's degree background in Automation/ Electricity

- Experienced with 3+ years in the related fields/ industries and having experience working for foreign investment companies are preferable

- Knowledge of HMI, PLC, Inverter, Servo motor, Sensor, CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system) & HSEQ (Health–Safety–Environment-Quality), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S

- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English

- Good problem-solving skills and familiar with using tools to find root causes such as fishbone and 05 why

- Desire to learn and ability to work under high pressure

- Proactive approach and result focus

- Quick adaptability to a dynamic, professional, and changing environment
