Job Description

Make risk assessment, checklist, SAM, LOTO, PPE and work permit for maintenance work and contractor as regulation
Complete work order as plan, input corrective work, and breakdown with right failure code to SAP
Join to build and update RCM continuously, make OWD RCM, SWI, SOP to eliminate task list unnecessarily
Assess critical equipment, focus maintenance category A/B equipment preparation: spare parts, SWI, tool, calibration, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, clean-inspection and lubrication
Write and update SWI, OPL, SOP as output problem solving and cycle SDCA
Support and coach Operator to implement autonomous maintenance
Analyze the spare parts to review min/max, prepare spare parts for A/B equipment, track external repair on time, recommend to buy special part
Do predictive maintenance by using thermal cameras and SDT ultrasonic
Track and complete analysis 5Why 100% on quality
Engineering support: Do as request from line manager

University/ College graduate in engineering/ mechanical industrial
Having at least 2 years experience in a maintenance job in the manufacturing company (prefer experience with valves, pump, heat exchanger, centrifuge)
Having good English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP
Having knowledge in industrial utilities, and/or equipment used in the brewing process in the various work areas
Having skills in communication management, problem analyzing & solving, planning & organizing, creative thinking, ownership and working under high pressure
Having growth mindset, integrity and liability
