MANAGER, PRODUCTION OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

• Manage Fit Accuracy of production shoes to the respective Fit Accuracy Targets (POM Scorecard). Initiate, communicate and implement recommendation for adjustments when necessary.
• Ensure CDT’s to be executed on time to meet the respective CDT On-Time Targets (POM Scorecard). Initiate, communicate and implement recommendation for resolutions to mitigate delays when necessary.
• Manage Wear Tests to be executed and approved on time to meet the respective Wear Test On-Time Targets (POM Scorecard). Initiate, communicate and implement recommendation for resolutions to mitigate delays when necessary.
• Execute all relevant 5* Star protocols and processes as needed and/or directed
• Own the 5* Star Audit Score of each assigned factory facility. Initiate, communicate and implement recommendation for resolutions.

• Must have solid 5+year’s manager level experience in footwear, accessories, or related industries (branded experience preferred). 2 out of 3 of the following are mandatory:
• Quality Management
• Production Management
• Lean Manufacturing
• CSR understanding / basic working knowledge
• Must thrive in a fast paced, collaborative multicultural team environment
• Must be able to influence diverse teams and individuals of all levels
• Possesses good computer skills
• Strong communication skills, spoken & written
• Local language is a must as well as English language
