We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for machining operations, process optimization, equipment support, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and related equipment.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
3. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
4. Troubleshoot machining and production issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
5. Develop and implement process improvements for tooling, fixtures, and machine setups.
6. Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and technical records.
7. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Product Development teams to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
8. Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
9. Act as primary resource for building out facility and factory workspaces and tooling.
10. Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
Requirements
1. Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Machining, or a related field.
2. Experience with CNC machining, tooling, and process optimization in a manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
5. Experience in jewelry, precision manufacturing, metal fabrication, or similar industries is an advantage.
6. Basic English communication skills.
7. Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive attitude.
