Job Description

Familiar with setting up and operating SMT, wave soldering, laser soldering, potting, and coating machines.
Good soldering and gluing skills. Experience with SMD components, including 0402, is an advantage.
Able to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and process issues.
Experience in preparing tooling for SMT and assembly processes is an advantage.
Experience in preparing process flow and updating Work Instructions (WI) for PCBA products is an advantage.
Able to read and understand PCB files, schematic diagrams, drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
Able to support engineers in data collection and report preparation.
Familiar with basic ME tools such as profile kits, soldering tools, and hot air blowers.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 is an advantage.

Candidate must possess at least a College/Technical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Practical experience in soldering (Through-hole and SMD) is an advantage.
At least 1–2 years of working experience in a related manufacturing or engineering field is preferred.
Hands-on experience in SMT, PCBA assembly, machine setup, troubleshooting, or production process improvement is an advantage.
