About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Market Insights & GTM Specialist to bridge market intelligence and marketing execution.
This role is responsible for continuously monitoring the market, competitors, customer trends, and emerging opportunities, then transforming those insights into actionable go-tomarket initiatives that strengthen our competitive position.
Beyond research and analysis, the successful candidate will play an active role in shaping and executing marketing actions that help the business attract more customers, strengthen brand preference, and outperform competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Intelligence
• Analyze market developments, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to understand industry best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen the company's competitive advantage and drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market intelligence into effective business and marketing strategies.
Customer & Commercial Insights
• Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, CRM data, and shopping journeys.
• Generate actionable insights that support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Evaluate customer perceptions and preferences versus key competitors.
• Identify factors influencing customer choice and brand switching behavior.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
• Translate market and customer insights into actionable marketing initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of campaigns, promotions, customer programs, and activation plans designed to strengthen competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with CRM, Category, and Operations teams to ensure insights are reflected in execution.
• Recommend and test new approaches to improve customer engagement, traffic, conversion, and loyalty.
• Monitor the effectiveness of GTM initiatives and continuously optimize based on results.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Measure the impact of competitor-driven and insight-led initiatives.
• Evaluate campaign and activation performance against predefined objectives.
• Provide recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and market competitiveness.

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields
Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in:
o Market Insights
o Brand Marketing
o Category Management
o Trade Marketing
o Strategic Planning
o Go-To-Market Planning
Experience in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
