FMCG Market Research: Conduct market research for the FMCG sector, specifically fruit-based processed products. Track market data, consumer behavior, competitor benchmarking, and emerging trends.
Market Scope: Execute research activities with an allocation of 70% for the Domestic market and 30% for International markets.
Survey Execution: Support in designing, planning, and executing B2B/B2C surveys to evaluate product performance and gather consumer insights.
Data Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare periodic reports and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements and market approach strategies based on research findings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Marketing) to support new product development (NPD).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, or a similar role. Experience in FMCG, beverage, fresh food manufacturing, or Agriculture companies is strongly preferred.
Language: Good English proficiency to effectively handle international market research and reporting.
Core Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and financial/pricing metrics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in research tools, survey platforms, and data reporting systems.
