Job Description

  1. Implement paper works related to service contracts and casual lease agreement
  2. Provide administrative assistance to the executive and above (If any)
  3. Connect in-mall tenants for monthly tenant bulletin, mall campaign and tenant support
  4. Followed through payment and revenue process and documents within company SAP enterprise management system
  5. Keep track on promotional stocks, event and ads spaces and other revenues
  6. Do weekday, weekly traffic reports and monthly management reports
  7. Register for mall promotion activities
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

-        Bachelor’s degree

-        Outstanding command of spoken and written English, including creative copy, business and technical writing skills                           

-        Computer skills with proficient in MS Office applications 

-        Minimum 1 years of working experience, priority in Retail.

-         Keen eye for details.

-        Positive attitude.
