Support the development of marketing campaigns (online & offline) for SILKYGIRL & SHIMBI
Coordinate with KOLs/KOCs/UGCs, agencies, and internal team members
Monitor and manage campaign progress to ensure timely completion
Contribute to content development and brand direction

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; preference given to candidates with experience in FMCG, beauty, or personal care industries.
Proven experience in product development from ideation to market execution.
Strong leadership, proactiveness, and ability to take ownership of projects.
