Marketing Executive (Sports Field)

Assisting in Producing Content:

• Collaborating with other departments for collecting information public on social media.
• Developing monthly content dashboard and ensure posts are on-air as planned.
• Writing catchy captions to convey selling points of products to audiences.
• Setting Facebook ads.
• Making design briefs.
• Managing photo/footage which is for content production.
• Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy in marketing asset from in-house media team.
• Working with KOLs/KOC, Ambassador for negotiation and manage sponsor products.

Assisting in Offline Activities:

• Tournament: printing ads and organizing activities in sale booth and tournaments.
• Organizing seminar/workshop, demo product event.
• Printing ads: design briefs, producing: flyer, poster, catalogue, tournament.
• Branding: installation sign board indoor and outdoor for stores nationwide. This involves collaboration with the sales team and dealers for implementation.
• Assisting the manager in completing assigned tasks and activities.

• Experience in managing social platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Understanding the size requirements for videos and photos on social media platforms to produce content appropriately.
• Proficiency in copywriting and English translation is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of photo shooting product/lookbook, concept studio, posing ect. Experience working with media agencies is an advantage.
• Quickly learns systems and work procedures and paper work.
• Doing sport (specially badminton) is strong point.
