Marketing Executive

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.

• Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and EDMs.

• Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including designers, media, and event production companies.

• Support event marketing and promotion for conferences and networking events.

• Maintain and update content on websites and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

• Grow the audience base and improve engagement across all platforms.

• Support content creation and growth for YouTube and video-based marketing initiatives.

• Maintain and grow the company’s database and CRM systems.

• Draft and support press releases and PR communications.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written

• Strong skills in presentation, communication, time management, and customer service

• Excellent multitasking and deadline management abilities

• Creative mindset with problem-solving capabilities

• Adaptability and ability to thrive under pressure

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
