We are seeking a pioneering Growth Marketing Executive (Senior) to join the OROCA| Marketing team. This role focuses on hands-on execution across brand building and growth marketing. You will directly implement content, social, and performance marketing activities to drive brand awareness, traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue for platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Owned Channels Development:
- Own and develop OROCA’s social and owned content ecosystem, including content strategy, social calendar, and publishing execution to foster brand awareness and growth objectives. Ensure a consistent and distinctive brand voice, visual identity, and content performance approach across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Agency/Stakeholders while independently executing content and social activities, monitoring engagement, traffic, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Core KPIs: Brand awareness, Impression, Engagement, Followers.
2. Campaign Plan& Execution:
- Independently execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including both brand-building and performance-driven initiatives, ensuring defined objectives (brand and growth KPIs) are met and performance is analyzed for optimization.
- Work cross-functionally external/internal to support integrated campaign execution while maintaining strong ownership of assigned brand and growth marketing tasks.
- Core KPIs: Traffic, Lead, #Customer, MKT Revenue, CTR, CR, ROAS, CAC.
3. Brand Guideline Governance:
- Execute and maintain brand guideline adherence (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging) across marketing, content, and campaign touchpoints.
- Review, edit, and directly contribute to marketing materials, creative assets, and communication copies as part of daily execution work.
4. Market and Consumer Insights:
- Analyze market trends, competitor branding approaches, and content strategies within dental and healthcare ecommerce.
- Generate insights from campaign data, content performance, and customer behavior to optimize brand communication and growth activities.
6. Budget and Reporting:
- Support campaign budget tracking and monitor both brand metrics (awareness, engagement) and growth metrics (traffic, customer acquisition, revenue).
- Report on campaign and content performance, providing practical optimization suggestions based on data.
