We're looking for a creative and energetic Marketing Executive to help tell our story through engaging content, digital marketing and memorable school events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Create engaging content for social media, the school website and other digital platforms.
• Capture photos and videos that showcase children's learning experiences and school life.
• Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns for school programmes, Open Days, workshops and special events.
• Monitor online engagement and keep digital platforms updated.

2. Events & Community Engagement

• Support the planning, promotion and execution of school events, family activities and community programmes.
• Coordinate event marketing materials and on-site activities.
• Build relationships with community partners and support collaborative marketing initiatives.

3. Admissions & Marketing Support

• Work closely with the Admissions team to respond to enquiries from prospective families via phone, email, website and social media.
• Support marketing activities that encourage school visits and student enrolment.

4. Marketing Coordination

• Maintain brochures, presentations and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors including designers, photographers, videographers and printers.
• Support other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong content creation, storytelling and social media management skills.
• Creative, proactive and well organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable taking photos and videos for marketing content.
• Experience with Canva and basic website content management is an advantage.
