Marketing Manager

• Manage and develop the company's overall marketing campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads) and manage CDP, CRM, and POS for personalization.
• Drive content, community engagement, and ROI monitoring.
• Track performance and grow traffic through SEO and paid media.
• Optimize website traffic, E-commerce, and multi-platform campaigns.
• Build and maintain good relationships with media partners and agencies.
• Manage and develop the company's social media channels (immediate priority).
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and propose effective marketing strate-gies.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience in managing or working at marketing agencies.
• Excellent social media management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Understanding of the Vietnamese market.
• Experience in the bedding or home furnishings industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
